Outreach & SEND Tutor - Burnley and Surrounding Areas Location: Burnley and surrounding areas Pay: £30-£37 per hour Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible Hours We are looking for experienced Outreach and SEND Tutors to support learners across Burnley and surrounding areas who are currently unable to access mainstream education. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience supporting learners with SEND Experience delivering 1:1 tuition in community settings, learners' homes, schools, or alternative provisions Strong understanding of SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and barriers to learning Ability to plan engaging, personalised learning sessions Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential) Right to work in the UK UK teaching, tutoring, or relevant educational experience The Role Deliver tailored educational support to children and young people with additional needs Build positive relationships and help re-engage learners in education Track progress and provide regular session feedback Work flexibly around learner timetables What We Offer Competitive pay of £30-£37 per hour Flexible working opportunities Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunities for additional hours and assignments
