We're working with a number of secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams. We have opportunities supporting pupils across mainstream education, including those who require additional learning, behavioural and SEND support. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or looking to start a career in education, we want to hear from you! The Role: Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of subjects. Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions where required. Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive engagement. Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and social skills. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable). Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Learning Mentors. Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, autism or ADHD (advantageous).
