As a Long-Term Supply Teacher, you'll become an integral member of the school community, delivering engaging lessons while enjoying the flexibility that supply teaching offers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-led lessons.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
