We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in Blackpool. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, working Monday to Friday during term time.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will take responsibility for a class across the primary age range, planning and delivering lessons that meet the National Curriculum and keep every child progressing. You will be supported by an experienced team and a teaching assistant in class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Assess, track and report on pupil progress
  • Manage behaviour positively and set clear expectations
  • Adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities and additional needs
  • Work with support staff, parents and colleagues to get the best from every child

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and from those at the start of their career:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 or EYFS
  • Early Career Teachers, ECTs are welcome to apply
  • Overseas trained teachers with recognised qualifications

  • Organised, with sound planning and assessment
  • Passionate about inclusive education and helping every child succeed
  • Reliable, with good communication and teamwork skills
