Duties:
- Lead the nursery day-to-day, ensuring high standards across all rooms
- Support, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
- Oversee planning, EYFS delivery, observations and assessments
- Ensure full safeguarding, welfare and compliance at all times
- Build strong relationships with parents/carers and the wider community
- Manage staff performance, training and recruitment
- Work strategically with owners/directors to drive quality and outcomes
Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
- Proven Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- A positive role model who leads by example and motivates others
