Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Senior Project Manager within Adult Social Care to work within our local authority client in Bristol! (Hybrid Working) Contract – Initial 6 months contract with a view to being extended to an ongoing basis Salary – £500.00 per day – negotiable dependent on experience About the role: Strategic review of the future of remaining in-house adult social care provider services to be completed. Proposals for changes to in-house services will be subject to full public consultation and return to Committee as appropriate before proceeding to delivery. Reviewing the proposed target operating model to support colleagues to optimise working practice and deliver more effective responses, first time, for those who draw on adult social care services. Take the proposed model through the business case development and planning stages to deliver the required process redesign, organisational culture and structure improvements and develop performance frameworks to embed change in every day practice. Develop business cases for the proposals that emerge from the evaluations and progress these through the council’s decision-making processes. Updating and maintaining key project controls (e.g. plan, RAID log, budget management) using our project management softwareAbout You: Delivery of change within the Adult Social Care system, with an understanding of current ASC related legislation. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively to varied stakeholders, including Executive Directors and politicians. Familiarity with public sector procurement, including preparing tender and contract documents, and securing and delivering Social Value outcomes.
