I am currently working with an impressive company based in the Lancaster & Morecambe area to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant/Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Due to recent changes within the team, the business needs additional support with the purchase ledger and general accounting duties. They have recently gone through a transformation, so this is an opportunity to be part of a growing & dynamic team.

- Reconciliation of supplier statements and maintaining correct supplier balances
- Supplier payments and correct reconciliation of same
- Weekly reviews of ledger for review by the management team
- Cash & bank reconciliations
- Experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger/Accounts role
- AAT qualification is preferred, but experience in a similar role will also be considered
- Strong analytical & Excel skills
