Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Band 7 IG manager for Croydon Healthcare Services. We are seeking an experienced Information Governance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of data protection and confidentiality within the NHS organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. This is a key role in maintaining high standards of data security and patient confidentiality across the trust. Key Duties: Provide managerial leadership for the IG function. Supporting and directly line managing the IG Officer. Managing complaints and responding in accordance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to the co-ordinated approach to the implementation, ongoing management and monitoring of information governance. Deputise the CISO when appropriate. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience working with the NHS data security and protection toolkit. Experinece managing teams Previous NHS expereinece is ESSENTIAL What\'s on offer: Salary: £34 per hour Contract type: 6 months Hours: 37.5 hours, hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days from home).
