My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Digital Service Designers / Developers on a Contract basis. These roles are responsible for the design process with the ability to implement changes, whether for prototyping or quick win delivery purposes across Customer Front Door, Adult Social Care and/or Housing.

About the role:

  • Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
  • Lead or support user-centred service design exercises and/or broader opportunity identification and to-be methods for one of the following:
  • Customer Front Door (Jadu)
  • Social Care (Liquid Logic)
  • Housing (NEC Housing)
  • Analyse benefits to be delivered from proposed changes
  • Digest outputs of analysis and design into form suitable for incorporation into business cases
  • Implement digital elements of change (e.g. digital content, forms and workflows)
  • About you:

    • Extensive experience in User-centred Service Design
    • Experience in benefits analysis and front-end design / development
    • Local authority experience of working with one or more of:
    • Customer services
    • Social care
    • Housing
  • Local Government experience is essential for this role.
  • What’s on offer:

    • Salary: Β£400-Β£600+ per day, inside IR35.
    • Hybrid working
    • Contract type: Contract
    • Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
