SEND Development Manager - London Local Authority £380-£420 per day Highly Remote Working - No Requirement for Regular Onsite Presence We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND Development Manager to join a London Local Authority and play a key role in the continued development of its SEND workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND professional who is passionate about developing people, improving practice and creating a positive culture of learning and continuous improvement. The Role The SEND Development Manager will focus on supporting the development of both newly appointed permanent staff and the existing SEND workforce. Rather than holding a traditional operational caseload management remit, the role will focus on developing the people, processes, training and guidance that enable SEND teams to deliver consistently high-quality practice.
