We are recruiting for a full-time SEN Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Central Manchester. ECTs are encouraged to apply , provided they have experience working with children with special educational needs and are committed to delivering high-quality, personalised learning. The Role Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with complex SEND. Adapt lesson plans, resources, and teaching strategies to ensure all students can access learning. Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider professionals to support student progress. Monitor, assess, and record student achievement and development. Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication needs. Essential Requirements
