We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Stockport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
  • Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties and other additional needs.
  • Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs and abilities.
  • Promote confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals.
  • Help create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment.
