The role will involve supporting young people with SEMH needs through 1:1 and small-group interventions , classroom support, behaviour management and building positive relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting young people with SEMH needs
- Experience in a school, residential, PRU or youth setting
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour
- A patient, consistent and approachable nature
- A genuine passion for helping young people progress
