Senior Roadshow Coordinator/EA to manage various client roadshows and conference schedules. Previous experience as a roadshow coordinator is essential, preferably with a placement agent background. You will organise meetings, lunches, and dinners ensuring events run smoothly and put relevant itineraries together. You will be responsible for all travel and accommodation for the roadshows, staging events and will also provide EA support for senior team members. The Roadshow Coordinator needs to be highly organised, hard working, and extremely efficient to meet the high standards of the team. This role will suit someone who is detail orientated and focussed who has worked within Private Equity and is used to all aspects of the roadshow calendar including fund raising projects.
