EA required for global Private Equity company based in SW1. This EA role requires someone who is confident, capable and has previously worked at Director level within a Private Equity/Asset Management organisation, where they will have had to use their honesty, integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
The EA will need strong project management skills and someone who is switched on and very intelligent. An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are important as well as a positive and cheerful manner. Calm, capable and flexible this is a great role where you can become an integral part of a team.
The EA will need to have a solid CV and strong background within Private Equity or Asset Management as they will need to have a good understanding of the industry.
This EA must be well-spoken and well-presented and have excellent interpersonal skills as there is a high level of senior contact. A large part of the Director's work involves international clients and therefore someone who is used to dealing with diary and travel management across multiple time zones.
This role requires someone who is degree level educated and someone who has previous experience of working within a fast-paced and demanding environment within financial services. The individual will need to have experience of working at a very senior level and dealing with top level and high profile individuals. This role is based in the office 5 days a week.
