Job Description
EA opportunity to support a Managing Partner of a leading international executive search consultancy on a 1:1 basis. This is a very busy role with lots of diary management and the Managing Partner really relies on her EA to be her right-hand person.

You will be responsible for providing a very high level of EA support, dealing with complex diaries travel and board papers. In addition, you will be a key support in the search process and will have exposure to clients and candidates of the highest level.

You will have solid EA experience within Executive Search or Financial Services and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You will have a keen eye for detail and will be precise and meticulous. You will have an advanced level of Microsoft Office and preferably some experience of CRM systems. A systematic approach to working is required as is flexibility to help out other EA's as and when required.
