Job Description
EA in Executive Search. A leading international Executive Search consultancy is looking for an outstanding EA to work on a 1:1 basis. This is a very busy role with lots of diary management and the Managing Partner really relies on her EA to be her right-hand person.

The most important aspect of this role (after the essential search experience) is the chemistry and fit with the Managing Partner. The EA needs rot be confident in their own ability and be a true right hand person. The EA needs to be very experienced, able to get things done quickly and know how to interact with senior management. This would suit a career EA who wants to take on responsibility and be able to stand in for the Managing Partner knowing how she would respond in person or by email.

You will be responsible for providing a very high level of EA support, dealing with complex diaries travel and board papers. In addition, you will be a key support in the search process and will have exposure to clients and candidates of the highest level.

You will have solid EA experience within Executive Search or Financial Services and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You will have a keen eye for detail and will be precise and meticulous. You will have an advanced level of Microsoft Office and preferably some experience of CRM systems. A systematic approach to working is required as is flexibility to help out other EA's as and when required.
