About this Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivational Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our family at Rosecliffe Spencer Academy. This role involves working in collaboration with teachers/senior teaching assistants to encourage pupils to become more independent learners and help to raise the standard of achievement and attainment for all pupils.

We are looking for a practitioner who:

  • Has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Is motivated and passionate to achieve the very best for the children in our care and makes a genuine difference
  • Relishes the opportunity to support children with additional needs
  • Is ready to learn themselves and grow with us
  • Has excellent communication skills and a sense of humour
