An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Spencer Academies Trust catering team within Clover Leys Spencer Academy in Boulton Moor, Derby. As Catering Manager, you will lead a busy primary kitchen with one Catering Assistant to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals in a safe, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Planning menus in collaboration with the central catering team
- Managing food orders, budgets, and HACCP records
- Leading and motivating staff, managing roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring adequate cover
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
- Enhancing our food offering and managing multiple dining spaces and sittings
- Supporting staff development and conducting performance reviews
