Our client is one of the fastest growing privately owned Property Companies in the UK, with significant UK assets including shopping centres, offices and industrial estates, alongside a significant development pipeline which will add a further 5 million sq ft of new build developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to oversee a substantial industrial and logistics portfolio primarily in the North West.

This is a senior-level role focused on driving income and value across the portfolio through strategic asset management initiatives, leasing strategy, development appraisals, refurbishments, tenant retention and proactive landlord & tenant management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase rental income and asset value across the portfolio.
  • Lead rent reviews, lease renewals and wider landlord & tenant negotiations.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to improve occupancy and long-term asset performance.
  • Appraise and identify development and asset enhancement opportunities across existing holdings.
  • Oversee refurbishments, repositioning projects and value-add initiatives.
  • Support acquisitions and disposals, including strategic input on portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support leasing activity and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist in progressing existing development sites and future pipeline opportunities.
  • Liaise with the head office operations team regarding financial reporting, budgeting and asset performance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, agents, consultants and key stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to wider strategic business planning and future portfolio growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ experience within asset management or senior leasing/agency environment with strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of adding value across commercial property assets. MRICS qualification would be advantageous, alongside a solid track record looking to enhance career working on significant new build and large scale industrial and logistic properties. Most importantly, you will be ambitious, commercially driven and motivated to develop your career within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial property company environment.

Package includes: £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary, significant transparent performance-related bonus, car allowance, 25 days holiday plus benefits package, excellent long-term career progression opportunities.
