Property Sales Advisor

Our client is a specialist property investment company focused on high-yield, government-backed residential and Assisted Living developments. Working with a panel of trusted solicitors and investors to deliver fast, secure property completions. We\’re now looking for a proactive and experienced Property Sales Progressor to help drive deals through to completion with speed and accuracy. As a Property Sales Progressor, you will play a critical role in our deal flow—working directly with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and on time. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone confident in conveyancing and ready to take ownership of the sales journey. Oversee the full progression of property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion Act as the main liaison between buyers, solicitors, internal teams, and other stakeholders Monitor Land Registry updates to track and pre-empt any delays before solicitor handover Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise throughout the conveyancing process Collaborate closely with management and legal partners to meet revenue goals Minimum 1 year of property sales progression or conveyancing experience (essential) Company pension ~ Life insurance ~ Excellent transport links (based in The Colony, Wilmslow) ~ Opportunity to work with a fast-growing property investment firm ~ Potential for hybrid working options following probation
