An excellent opportunity has recently become available for an Assistant Asset Manager to join the industrial team, working on their North West portfolio. Responsibilities include assisting the Asset Managers and sales team with leasing enquiries through to agreeing Head of Terms as a deal-oriented individual. You will gain great working knowledge of creative deal making and lease and tenancy matters. Must be proactive and creative in finding solutions that achieve deals to maximise value.
Requirements include:
- Relevant degree
- A minimum of 12 months of commercial property and/or sales property experience
- A full driving license
