Working alongside an experienced team, you will gain exposure to every aspect of commercial property management while receiving full support towards your APC qualification if required.
Based from the company's office near Edniburgh, you will assist in managing a diverse Scottish portfolio comprising 14 commercial assets , extending to over 560,000 sq ft across approximately 150 industrial units and office suites .
The portfolio spans Dumfries, Hamilton, Wishaw, Cumbernauld, Perth, Grangemouth, Livingston and the west of Edinburgh, providing excellent exposure to a varied range of commercial property assets.
The Role You will work closely with a Regional property Manager assisting with the day-to-day management of the portfolio while developing your technical knowledge across commercial property management, leasing and landlord
