Our client, a leading regional property consultancy, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Property Management to lead and further develop its Property & Asset Management function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and respected commercial property consultancy, taking responsibility for the management and performance of a diverse commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients, driving asset performance, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded property professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, leading by example, and delivering outstanding results.

About You

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and manage stakeholders effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • A commitment to delivering first-class client service
  • Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

The successful applicant will ideally be MRICS qualified, although experienced commercial property professionals with a strong track record in property management will also be considered. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining office-based responsibilities with regular site inspections and client interaction. You will work closely with colleagues across the business while taking ownership of key property management and asset management activities.

Working Hours

Full-time Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle for business use (mileage allowance provided)

Remuneration
