Our client is a specialist property investment company focused on high-yield, government-backed Residential Assisted and Supported Living developments. They have an enviable track record of delivery across supported living, affordable homes and open market property, with positive societal outcomes.

They are looking for a proactive and experienced Acquisition Manager to assist in growing the development pipeline on assisted/supported living accommodation, temporary accommodation and CQC registered homes across the North West region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring suitable properties for conversion for a variety of social housing purposes.

Responsibilities of Acquisition Manager:
  • Sourcing and Negotiation of suitable land and property, on and off market
  • Providing Valuations, and submitting bids
  • Assist with Planning application to keep project on schedule, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with finance team, to oversee contractor payments and budget management
Requirements of Acquisition Manager:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential acquisitions of Land or Property
  • Experience in Social housing sector requirements desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with Senior management teams
  • Track record in supported housing or similar would be advantageous
