We are looking for a Site Manager who leads with a safety-first mindset, fully committed to our life-saving rules and our core principle of “Everyone Home Safe Every Day.” You will value people and invest in the development of both teams and supply partners, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to deliver success. Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-start meetings and plan site activities effectively
- Manage purchasing of materials, plant, and labour coordination
- Ensure all CPPs, WPPs, and Toolbox Talks are in place and up to date
- Oversee all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) compliance on site
- Conduct site inductions, CSCS checks, and general competence assessments
- Maintain clear on-site documentation and auditable records
- Liaise with clients and lead progress meetings, including recording minutes and actions
- Monitor site progress and manage day-to-day site operations
- Complete CVRs, site diaries, timesheets, and manage delivery and hire notes
- Attend weekly management meetings
- Verify plant certification and maintain compliance records
