Spelthorne Borough Council is seeking an Assistant to help ensure the safety, wellbeing, and security of residents during night shifts at the White House, Kingston Road, Ashford. You will cover from 9.45pm to 8.15am on a 4 nights on, 4 nights off pattern, within a small, committed team.
You will conduct welfare and health and safety checks, respond to residents' needs and incidents, support tenancy sustainment, report maintenance issues, inspect property, and help keep accommodation safe,
