Speller Metcalfe Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects across the Midlands and South West from our Malvern base. You will be accountable for time, cost and quality, reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with Project Managers and the Commercial Manager to drive delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years in a main-contractor setting, strong contractual knowledge (JCT/NEC) and proven ability to manage interfaces with clients and consultants.
