Senior Paid Media Manager: E-Commerce – join Spekk, a digital advertising agency that helps high-consideration product brands grow sales through data‑driven paid media and creative solutions.
Responsibilities
Work with a small portfolio of five or fewer high‑end e‑commerce accounts, managing full‑funnel paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok, analyzing performance, optimizing budget allocation, collaborating on creative briefs, and driving account growth through strategic counsel. Think beyond standard Advantage+ campaigns and apply a 360 approach to problem solving.
Qualifications
- 3+ years running Meta ads and at least 1 year running TikTok ads for a variety of e‑commerce brands, preferably at an agency.
- Experience in boutique account‑based environments handling both small and large budgets.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking with the ability to articulate data insights to stakeholders.
- Curiosity and drive to learn new platforms, tactics and industry trends.
- Advanced English skill and ability to work within UK office hours.
