We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting the full claims process, ensuring accurate records, timely communication, and efficient payment processing.
Key Responsibilities- Logging new claims on our in-house system (CPL)
- Updating and maintaining existing claims
- Liaising with clients, insurers, contractors, and Project Managers
- Responding to phone and email queries
- Processing invoices and insurance payments
- Monthly review of claims using Excel spreadsheets
- Quarterly processing of insurance premiums
- Issuing policy documentation
- Previous administrative experience (insurance experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday and the role is based in our office in Rutherglen. If you are reliable, proactive, and looking to develop your career within insurance, we would love to hear from you.
