We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to support the operational and financial management of a diverse, multi-asset commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure to tenants, owners, and external consultants. It is ideally suited to a proactive commercial property professional who enjoys managing day-to-day operations while contributing to the smooth performance of a high-quality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Lease administration, including renewals and rent reviews
- Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and RICS-compliant service charges
- Management of contractors and external suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and risk requirements
- Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships
- Conducting property inspections and supporting billing processes
About You
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and service charge management
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident when dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage diaries, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
- Experience using TRAMPS property management software is preferred
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about property management and eager to contribute to the success of our team. The role is based at our prestige office in Rutherglen, Glasgow. Hours are Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday. The starting salary quoted is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.
