We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Transport Coordinator to support customer accounts, transport planning and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, logistics, transport coordination, scheduling or operations support who are looking to develop their career within the transport sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and handle enquiries via phone and email
- Process and manage bookings within the Transport Management System (TMS)
- Coordinate transport solutions and source external vehicles/drivers
- Liaise with customers, drivers and suppliers to ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved
- Support onboarding of new customers and account setup
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
- Prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in customer service, logistics, transport or operations coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Excellent organisation, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
