Description
On site - Knutsford
At Speedy Freight, we're more than a logistics business. We're a nationwide network of ambitious franchise owners supported by great people, smart systems and a culture built around getting things done. We're looking for someone who loves solving problems, spotting opportunities and helping people get the most from technology. This isn't an IT support role. You'll become the go-to person for our franchisees, branches and in house sales & marketing teams, helping them use systems like HubSpot, our Transport Management System (TMS), FAME and ZoomInfo to work smarter, win more business and make better decisions. If you enjoy working with people just as much as data, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing...
- Supporting users with HubSpot, TMS, FAME and ZoomInfo
- Helping franchisees get the most from our systems
- Creating reports and dashboards that highlight business performance
- Turning data into practical recommendations
- Delivering engaging onboarding and systems training
- Sharing best practice across the franchise network
- Supporting new system launches and process improvements
- Working with Operations, Marketing and IT to continually improve the way we work
What we're looking for...
You’ll probably have experience in a commercial, operational or CRM-focused role where you've supported users, analysed data and improved business processes. We're particularly interested in people who have experience with:
- HubSpot CRM (or another CRM platform)
- Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Creating dashboards (Power BI would be a bonus)
- Training colleagues on systems and processes
- Working within transport, logistics or another fast-paced operational environment
- Building relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Finding practical solutions rather than just highlighting problems
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys helping others succeed and isn't afraid to roll your sleeves up.
Why join us...
Speedy Freight are growing, evolving and investing in our franchise network. That means you'll have the opportunity to influence how our systems are used across the business, work with colleagues at every level and genuinely see the impact of your work. You'll join a supportive team where ideas are welcomed, initiative is encouraged and no two days look the same.
We offer;
- Up to £35,000 salary
- Performance bonus
- Office-based role in Knutsford
- Ongoing learning and development
- Opportunity to influence a growing national franchise network
- Friendly, collaborative culture
- A business where your ideas can make a real difference
