Job Title – Lifting Engineer

Location – Southampton

Working Hours – Mon – Fri, 07:30 17:00 – 42 hours per week

As a depot-based Lifting Engineer in our busy workshop, you will have overall responsibility for the testing, maintenance and repair of our lifting equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Testing lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
2. Performing maintenance and repairs on various types of lifting machinery.
3. Documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
4. Working closely with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
5. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.
2. Strong understanding of lifting equipment and safety standards.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
