National Role Supporting the Amey Account – Monday to Friday – 08:00-17:00 – 40 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for the Amey account.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of national business opportunities across multiple product and service categories.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships up to board level.
- Acting as senior customer contact throughout investigation, development, implementation and operational delivery stages.
- Leading customer engagement and supporting the implementation of new solutions.
- Retaining and growing prior year revenue while supporting long‑term strategic positioning over a 3‑5 year period.
- Working collaboratively with internal departments to identify opportunities and support tenders, bids and proposals.
- Supporting and overseeing pricing strategies for all opportunities relating to the account.
- Developing and maintaining National Account Plans aligned to business objectives.
- Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Supporting company marketing campaigns and wider commercial initiatives.
- Identifying further opportunities to strengthen and expand the national partnership.
What you'll need:
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and delivering growth plans across major accounts.
- Experience managing key accounts with a value exceeding £3m per annum.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior and board level.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of customer development and strategic account growth.
- Dynamic and self‑motivated approach with the ability to adapt confidently in customer‑facing situations.
- Experience leading, managing and developing individuals or teams.
- Strong IT skills and ability to utilise CRM and reporting systems effectively.
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
