The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport powered access equipment using a rigid truck with plant body and/or beavertail.
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every delivery and collection.
- Complete relevant delivery paperwork and digital records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the transport and hire desk team.
- Adhere to all road traffic and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Class 1 (Category C + E) licensed driver with a full UK manual driving licence, no more than 6 penalty points.
- Good knowledge of the local area and strong customer focus.
- Experience driving within the UK.
- Ability to support the business unit/team to deliver ESG Strategy & Decade to Deliver initiatives.
- Upbeat, independent, self‑motivated people‑person with a strong sense of community.
- Ability to walk long periods and work in various weather conditions.
