Responsibilities
- Manage the Onsite Shop and project hire and sales opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of one or more well‑established contracts to ensure consistent, high‑quality service that meets client requirements and expectations.
- Deliver on KPIs and SLAs while collaborating with the client to ensure smooth operational success.
- Support management of the P & L for the location.
- Operate the day‑to‑day running of the onsite hire and sales function.
- Maintain compliance levels of equipment for the client base.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer loss, damage and call‑out charges in line with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience preferred in the construction industry.
- Self‑motivated and conscientious.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Flexible to meet demand where appropriate and able to adapt to operational change in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential.
