Location: London, E6 7FF; Working Hours: 07:30 – 17:00, 42 hours per week
What you’ll do:
- Book equipment into the depot, check for damage, and report any issues promptly.
- Support the Fulfilment & Asset Manager with day‑to‑day operations, including customer support and deputising when required.
- Monitor and manage assets using D365.
- Pick, allocate and source equipment to meet depot needs and shortfalls.
- Coordinate Transport and Returns (T&R) activity.
- Maximise asset availability and escape shortages when necessary.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment for dispatch and return.
- Handle customer and internal enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify and report safety risks within the depot or workshop.
- Complete all administrative and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in weekly asset counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s equipment and services.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the team.
