Onsite Manager – West London

Monday to Friday, 07:30‑17:00 – 42 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Onsite Shop and project hire and sales opportunities.
  • Oversee all aspects of one or more well‑established contracts to ensure consistent, high‑quality service that meets client requirements and expectations.
  • Deliver on KPIs and SLAs while collaborating with the client to ensure smooth operational success.
  • Support management of the P & L for the location.
  • Operate the day‑to‑day running of the onsite hire and sales function.
  • Maintain compliance levels of equipment for the client base.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer loss, damage and call‑out charges in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Experience preferred in the construction industry.
  • Self‑motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexible to meet demand where appropriate and able to adapt to operational change in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential.
