Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for driving a 3.5‑ton flatbed van and delivering hire equipment around the local area. You will be the front‑line face of the business and represent our vision, mission and values in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hire equipment on time and in excellent condition.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and report any incidents.
  • Support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Speedy’s standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
  • Good knowledge of the local area.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle enquiries politely.
  • Experience driving within the UK.
  • Ability to support our ESG Strategy.
  • Independent, upbeat, and self‑motivated.
  • Willingness to walk long periods and work in all weather.
