Lloyds British are looking for a Regional Engineering Manager to cover the Wolverhampton area - this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to take the next step in their engineering career.

The purpose of this role involves supervising operations with a regional network of on-site service engineers and associated client contracts. This will include working with a team of engineers and reporting to our Field Operations Manager (FOM) to ensure Engineers are performing to the highest competency standards expected and the continuation of engineer development.

You will need:

  • Suitable engineering qualifications, i.e. ONC or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • IOSH Managing safely accreditation or higher.
  • Industry experience in relevant engineering fields.
  • Understanding and applying manufacturers technical data, including knowledge of applicable regulations to discipline, such as LOLER, PSSR, COSHH, PUWER and Working at Height.
  • Strong computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
