Due to continued growth, were looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team.
Youll play a key role in coordinating our mobile Service Engineers , managing their schedules and making sure our customers receive a fast, efficient and first-class service.
The role
As a Service Coordinator, youll be at the heart of our service operation, keeping engineers, customers and internal teams connected.
Your day will include:
- Planning and coordinating mobile Service Engineer schedules
- Booking and prioritising service, repair and maintenance jobs
- Responding to customer queries and onsite service issues
- Keeping customers updated on engineer attendance and job progress
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with Engineers and other internal teams
- Managing changing priorities and responding to urgent requirements
- Helping the team achieve service levels, targets and KPIs
