We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator / Coordinator to join our busy team on a temporary rolling weekly contract, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and is confident coordinating tasks and communicating with a variety of people. Based at our Haydock office during your initial training, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with remote working available once you're fully trained.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Coordinating activities, schedules and workloads
- Managing emails, documents and records accurately
- Liaising with colleagues, customers and stakeholders over the phone and by email
- Updating internal systems and ensuring information is kept accurate
- Supporting the team with general coordination and operational tasks as required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues over the phone
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently
- A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
- Available to start immediately
