About The Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer agreements from start to finish — ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with our commercial policies. You’ll play a key part in supporting the wider business by providing commercial and administrative support, helping to drive consistency, reduce queries, and improve overall performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing customer agreements through their full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Monitoring agreement expiry dates and supporting timely renewals
  • Providing commercial and administrative support across your sectors/regions
  • Working closely with teams across the business to ensure smooth communication
  • Reducing queries by ensuring contract changes are clearly communicated
  • Supporting continuous improvement and best practice across commercial processes
  • Contributing to margin improvement through accurate and effective administration

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with data and stakeholders. You’ll Bring:

  • Experience analysing data using tools such as Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • A good understanding of basic Excel formulas
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A results-driven mindset with good business awareness
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Knowledge of Speedy Hire products/services
  • Experience supporting a sales or commercial function
  • A full UK driving licence
