We are looking for an Asset and Fulfilment Manager to join our depot team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations by managing equipment inventory, ensuring its availability, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the Asset & Fulfilment Operatives, assisting with sourcing and stock management, coordinating logistics activities, and providing excellent support to our customers and your team. This role combines hands-on operational work with essential administrative and safety responsibilities, contributing to the smooth running of the depot.

What you will do:

  • Book equipment into the depot, check for damage, and report any issues promptly.
  • Support the Fulfilment & Asset Manager with day-to-day operations, including customer support and deputising when required.
  • Monitor and manage assets using D365.
  • Pick, allocate, and source equipment to meet depot needs and shortfalls.
  • Coordinate Transport and Returns (T&R) activity.
  • Maximise asset availability and escalate shortages when necessary.
  • Conduct visual inspections of equipment for dispatch and return.
  • Handle customer and internal enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify and report safety risks within the depot or workshop.
  • Complete all administrative and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
  • Participate in weekly asset counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s equipment and services.
  • Carry out additional duties as required to support the team.
