An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our multi-award-winning People Engagement & Internal Communications Team at Speedy Hire. We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual to help shape and deliver engaging communications to our colleagues across the UK and Ireland. If you’re a recent Comms/Media graduate with 1–3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced communications environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for producing compelling content tailored to different audiences across a wide range of channels, including:

  • Social media
  • Video
  • Podcasts and webinars
  • Websites and intranet platforms

You’ll also support the planning and delivery of large-scale events, so organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are key.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, high-performing team.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and balance, with some travel required.
