About The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, working closely with colleagues across the Speedy network to ensure each case is handled efficiently, professionally and with excellent service.
Your Day Will Include
- Communicating with customers via phone and email, building strong rapport and trust.
- Taking full ownership of customer disputes and seeing them through to resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and ensure seamless service.
- Using your initiative and problem‑solving skills to make confident decisions.
- Identifying opportunities to support business growth.
- Playing an active part in delivering our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
