We are looking for someone to join our Customer Experience team to help shape how we train and support our colleagues, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will review how our colleagues interact with customers across different channels and turn what you see into clear, useful feedback. You will work with internal teams, training providers, and mystery shop partners to make sure training is effective and focused on real customer needs. You will also track performance, identify areas for improvement, and feed insights back to management to help the business improve the customer experience.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Experience, or a similar role
- The ability to analyse information and turn it into clear, actionable feedback
- Are passionate about helping people develop and delivering excellent customer service
- Feel comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
