The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team based in Newport on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months .
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service while identifying opportunities to support business growth.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, understanding their requirements and working closely with our operational and sales teams to deliver the right solutions.

What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products, equipment and hire solutions.
Managing customer accounts and supporting the delivery of agreed service levels.
Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional hire opportunities and customer engagement.
Working closely with sales, hire and operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Proactively contacting customers to maintain relationships, understand future requirements and generate business opportunities.
