Speedy Hire in Haydock is recruiting a National Out of Hours Co-ordinator to manage after-hours customer interactions and requests. You will liaise with customers by phone and email, take full ownership from start to finish, and collaborate with the wider Speedy network to deliver high-quality service.
Based from Haydock with home-based working once fully trained, this role includes 4:30pm–8:00am shifts (Mon–Fri) and 24/7 weekend support, plus a 23% shift allowance.
